The Housing Santa Barbara: Community Resource Seminars, will be a series of informational presentations on topics such as affordable home ownership, down payment assistance, financial literacy, affordable housing applications, accessory dwelling units, tenant rights, and more.  Attendees will be able to ask questions and from local experts.

Change starts with action and together as a community we can improve housing affordability and increase housing opportunities for all. Housing affordability is vital for our homeless population, low-income residents, and all workers in the industries that support our community.
